Winners at the 2026 International Business Awards!
Why RE:STACK Won a Silver Stevie

RE:STACK has been named a Silver Stevie Award winner in the Business & Professional Services category at the 23rd Annual International Business Awards, judged by more than 200 business professionals across nine specialised committees, from more than 3,400 nominations submitted worldwide.
Winning is nice. What's more interesting, at least to us, is what the judging panel actually picked out. We got the full written feedback back from the judges, and read together, it's a pretty good answer to a question we get asked a lot: what does RE:STACK actually do differently?
Get more from what you've already got
The idea behind RE:STACK has always been simple. Most recruitment agencies don't need another tool. They need to get proper value out of the one they've already paid for. Several judges landed on exactly this point.
One judge put it plainly: "Holly identified a widespread problem within recruitment agencies and built a business that directly solved it. Instead of trying to sell clients yet another piece of software, she focused on helping them extract far better results from the tools they already owned, which is a brilliant strategic approach."
Another described it as "a distinctive market position through the 'optimize before you buy' philosophy, offering a differentiated approach within the recruitment technology sector."
It's the same reasoning behind every audit, automation build, and training session we run. Bullhorn, done properly, not Bullhorn plus five more subscriptions.
The numbers behind the nomination
Judges don't hand out Stevies for a good idea alone. They wanted evidence, and the submission gave them some: RE:STACK's turnover moved from under £50,000 to over £400,000 in two years, built by a team of eight, alongside client outcomes including a 64% reduction in time-to-fill and a 200% gross profit increase for one client, plus a reported average technology ROI across client engagements that one judge called "exceptional."
One judge summed up the growth story directly: "What convinced me was the turnover trajectory, under fifty thousand to over four hundred thousand in two years, with eight real people behind it. The growth stands on its own."
That said, we're not going to pretend every note was five stars. More than one judge asked for a clearer breakdown of exactly how the headline ROI figure is calculated, and for more of our own company financials alongside the client results. Fair feedback. It's on the list for next year's submission.
Not just a solo effort
A few judges picked up on something we'd want people to know anyway: this isn't a one-person show. RE:STACK has grown from a solo consultancy into an internationally recognised specialist team, and the judges noted the "international business expansion" and "consistent evidence of thought leadership through industry training and ecosystem development" alongside the client numbers.
"Holly has been able to turn her industry experience into a product that truly delivers for her clients," one judge wrote.
Another called out the culture behind it: "Holly's leadership appears to play an important role in building trust and fostering a collaborative culture. These qualities have helped establish a strong foundation for the company's success to date."
"Getting this kind of detail back from an independent panel of judges is genuinely useful, not just flattering," said Holly Langley, Founder of RE:STACK. "It confirms the bit we care about most, that agencies are getting real, measurable value out of their Bullhorn setup, not just a tidier CRM. And the feedback on where to be sharper next time is exactly the kind of thing we'd tell a client to act on, so we're going to act on it ourselves."
Judges also flagged fair areas to keep working on, including sharpening the website and messaging and continuing to build innovation into the wider business model. We're taking that on board too.
