Meet our Founder, Holly Langley
I began my career in the industry working in admin and operations, where I developed a deep understanding of Bullhorn over seven years. When I left, I realised my passion and purpose lay in helping more Bullhorn customers maximise their CRM processes to achieve real results.
Since launching my business in 2022, I’ve worked with clients facing the same challenges you might be experiencing right now: limited marketing support or insufficient Bullhorn expertise to create impactful automations.
In 2024, I created Automation Station after hearing from clients who were spending upwards of £50,000 with third-party providers to build workflows – sometimes paying as much as £6,000 for just two automations and 15 emails! That’s when I knew something had to change.
