Making Every Training Session Count
At RE:STACK, we're passionate about helping recruitment businesses grow through better technology, processes and training. But we also believe that success should create opportunities to give back. That's why we're incredibly proud to announce that First Days Children's Charity is our charity partner for the next 12 months.
Turning Learning into Lasting Impact
As a business, we deliver training to recruiters, operations professionals, marketers and business leaders every week. This year, we've decided that every person we train should have an impact beyond their own development.
For the next 12 months, we'll donate £2 to First Days for every person we train. It's a simple idea that allows our clients, partners and community to be part of something bigger. Every training session delivered contributes towards supporting families who need it most. We only launched the initiative recently, and in the first week alone we trained 50 people. If all goes to plan, we'll train around 2,000 people over the next year, creating meaningful support for an incredible local charity.
Why First Days?
First Days Children's Charity works with families experiencing financial hardship, ensuring children have the essential items they need to be safe at home, confident at school and able to enjoy childhood. Alongside providing practical essentials such as beds, school uniforms, baby equipment and learning resources, they also work directly with parents through emotional support, coaching and access to wider community services, helping families build brighter futures.
What really resonated with us is that First Days isn't just responding to immediate need—they're committed to creating lasting change. Their vision is a future where charities like theirs are no longer needed because every family has the support they need to thrive. It's a mission we're proud to stand behind.
More Than Donations
Our support doesn't stop with fundraising. Throughout the year, the RE:STACK team will also be looking for as many ways as possible to get involved, whether that's volunteering, donating essential items or supporting community events.
Last week, the team attended the First Days Children's Charity Book Sale to show our support and, of course, pick up a few great books along the way. It was fantastic to see the local community coming together to support such an important cause, and we're already looking forward to returning in December to volunteer at their Christmas shop.
For us, this partnership is about building a long-term relationship, not simply writing a cheque.
Thank You to Our Community
One of the things we're most excited about is that our clients are part of this journey too. Every workshop attended, every webinar joined and every training programme delivered contributes towards supporting children and families in our local community. By investing in learning and development, our clients are also helping First Days continue their incredible work.
It's a reminder that small actions, repeated consistently, can make a real difference.
Here's to the Year Ahead
We're excited about everything the next 12 months will bring - not just professionally, but through the opportunity to support a charity that's making a genuine impact every single day.
Thank you to everyone who trains with RE:STACK, supports our business and helps us give back.
Together, we're proving that learning can do more than develop people - it can help change lives.
