I began my career in recruitment operations, spending seven years developing a deep understanding of Bullhorn. During that time, I realised my real passion was helping recruitment businesses get more value from their CRM and automation. Since launching in 2022, I’ve worked with agencies facing the same challenges: limited marketing support and a lack of Bullhorn expertise to build effective workflows. RE:STACK brings together specialists in recruitment data, marketing, and operations to deliver practical workflows and templates that help agencies win more clients, engage contractors, improve productivity, and unlock the full potential of their Bullhorn automation.

I began my career in recruitment technology at cube19, joining the business at inception and helping scale its commercial function through to its acquisition by Bullhorn. After the acquisition, I joined Bullhorn as Global Analytics Sales & Strategy Specialist, leading Bullhorn Analytics worldwide and driving growth across a global client base. Having seen first-hand how powerful recruitment technology can be when fully adopted, I joined RE:STACK as Sales & Partnership Director. My focus is helping agencies unlock the full potential of their tech stack, turning Bullhorn and automation into measurable ROI and sustainable performance.

With over 15 years of experience in recruitment operations, I’ve worked with organisations ranging from specialist agencies to global multinational firms. My focus has been on data protection, analytics, and ensuring technology delivers measurable ROI while maintaining strong compliance standards. I’ve built extensive expertise in Bullhorn, developing a deep understanding of how to optimise the platform for different recruitment environments. What drives me most is helping teams get more from their technology, creating smarter, more efficient ways of working that deliver real operational impact.

I’ve spent over 15 years working in office and operations roles across industries including construction, facilities management, manufacturing, and recruitment. My background is primarily in office management, with a long-standing interest in automation and improving operational efficiency. After more than four years in recruitment, I’ve gained a strong understanding of both recruiter and operations challenges. I’m passionate about showing how AI and technology can reduce manual work, minimise human error, and help teams work more efficiently by making the most of what automation can offer.

With over 18 years in recruitment and the past decade focused on operations and technology, I’m passionate about helping agencies unlock the full potential of the systems they already have. From CRM implementations to process optimisation and automation, I work at the intersection of recruiters, operations, and technology. My approach is hands-on and practical, focusing on scalable solutions that improve performance. Ultimately, my goal is to help recruiters spend less time on admin and more time building relationships by making better use of the tools they already have.

I’ve spent my career helping businesses get the most out of their technology, specialising in email delivery, security, and infrastructure. Working with recruitment agencies and service providers across the UK and Europe has given me a strong understanding of the communication and compliance challenges agencies face. At RE:STACK, I focus on ensuring customers maintain strong email deliverability, from authentication and sending practices to diagnosing issues when messages don’t land where they should. My goal is to build reliable, scalable systems so recruiters can focus on relationships, not technology problems.
